Hello and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you know I am cycling from London to Paris with a group of amazing people at GoCardless to challenge myself while having fun and raise awareness to mental health.

Mental illness is affecting many families and individuals, often with little awareness. I know it negatively impact their as much as having physical issues. I know they want to have a better life but it is hard to achieve this without support.

With your donations, which will go straight to MIND charity, I would like to support people with mental issues and help them have a fulfilling enjoyable life with the people they love.

The ride will take place from September 1st to September 3rd, with stops in Newhaven, Dieppe and ,of course, Paris!
