This is my justgiving page for my fundraising I do for Birmingham children’s hospital.
It includes my walks and raffles and auctions
In 2020 my walk from Tettenhall to Birmingham children’s hospital was cancelled because of covid-19 This walk means a lot to me not only for Raising money for the hospital but in memory of two of my friends who were treated at BCH and sadly no longer with us.
Isabella and Ben meant the world to me. Unfortunately Cancer took them both away from us.
The walk will be hard for me as I struggle with my chest a lot and especially since I was taken ill in November 2020 and my asthma has got worst.
It doesn’t bother me how long the walk will take I will finish it.
In 2019 I did the same walk it took me 6 hours in a storm trooper costume in the Easter heatwave we had.
This year I have to wait until lockdown has finished and it’s safe to do the walk.
At Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, we believe there’s always more we can do for our sick kids and that’s why we will always strive to do more for our patients and families. It’s our mission to raise the vital funds needed to make a real difference to all who use our hospital.
Your support empowers us to take innovative approaches to treating some of the sickest children in the UK. Your fundraising enables us to make our hospital feel just like home. Your donations are helping us to find new ways to treat and cure childhood diseases.
