Story
I'm running the London Marathon 2023 to raised money and awareness for Haematology Cancer Care. HCC is an amazing charity which provides high-tech medical equipment, specialist education for nurses and fund world-leading research into Blood Cancer.
UCLH and HCC have a special place in my heart as they cared so compassionately for my Dad, Colin, as they treated him for Lymphoma for 18 months. Sadly, he lost his battle in 2021, despite the brilliant doctors, nurses and staff doing all they could. My family and I are eternally grateful for these fantastic people.
He loved running (I don't know why!) and fundraising for brilliant causes, being a lifelong supporter of GOSH and doing some crazy challenges along the way. So in a bid to raise some money for a brilliant cause and reconnect with him, I'll be running the London Marathon 2023!
Please donate whatever you can, share the link and lets fund the leading research into beating this horrible disease and help save peoples lives.
