After the fun (pain) last year, I thought I'd give this another go - maybe with some proper training!!

The Leicester Tigers Foundation does great work in the community to remove barriers to sport for all, and encourage others to meet their full potential.

It's only 10K but as I'm not much of a runner it is quite a challenge for me, so any support you can give would be appreciated
