I'm Lloyd I had crohns for 20+ years now I've been through all sorts of operations and drug therapy highs and lows throughout this time and I'm in a healthy place right now so I  thought now would be a good time to give something back  I'm in a  unique place having had crohns disease for so long I am more than aware of all the help and support you receive from charities,nurses ,doctors surgeons,  support from charities is of special interest to me,so I'd better get on with some training👍 Hope to see some of you there ...
