I am involved in raising money to help fight prostate cancer, as I
am, like many other people personally linked. 

I can honestly say that apart from cycling on a Sunday with my
husband on a lovely flat cycle path for a maximum of 10 miles (normally 2 if the first pub is good!), I’ve not done any serious cycling for about 100 years. 

So please help support me by giving anything, no matter how small
or of course big :-)
