Running is simple, and it is a pleasure: you enjoy fresh air, sun, music in your headphones or sounds of nature. 

Helping is also simple: just think about very special children who are not like others, but who also deserve happiness, - you can help them.

On May, 16th, 2015, in Moscow, I will run for Running Hearts charity foundation to help children with autism, - and I will be grateful if you can support me with your donation: even a small help can change someone's life, and we can change things together. 

As George Bernard Shaw once said, "The worst sin toward your fellow creatures is no to hate them, but to be indifferent to them: that's the essence of inhumanity".
