On August 25th 2014, I will be undertaking an 11 day trek through the Himalayas to Everest base camp (at 5360m above sea level) in aid of the charity Help for Heroes.

Help for Heroes provide amazing support for our injured service men and women and are vital to their mental and physical recovery, so please give as much as you can.
