Sometimes I'm spontaneous but in this case it's for a very good cause. I like a challenge.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in Wales and if there is a family history it increases to 1 in 3.

Whilst I have nobody in my family or friendship group with prostate disease or cancer - I understand how devestating it is to be told a loved one has cancer. So I really do feel Prostate Cymru is such a worthy cause and the work they do is amazing.

So with that being said...

I am taking part in The Big Walk 2019 on 13th July for Prostate Cymru, the leading prostate health charity in Wales supporting men with benign prostate disease and prostate cancer.
