Last year Howard insisted that all his colleagues all enter the Carten 100 Cardiff to Tenby cycle ride, Lee entered and that was it, he was then forced to ride through some of the worst weather known to West Wales on his own raising over £300 for the Noahs Ark Charity.....

 This year Lee entered Howard as well.

The Marie Curie hospice in Penarth helps families from all over South Wales. Howard and I have already ridden 75 miles on the tour of Pembroke which was in horrendous weather just to train for this event.

Our aim is to beat last years total and raise over £300 please donate if you can.
