Myself and my friend Brian Morris are attempting to trek to the base of Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world.

The trek will take place between 14-29 November 2015, we will be reaching an altitude of 5,332 meters (17,493 feet) and walking a total of 115km.

The purpose of this huge challenge is to raise money for St Lukes Hospice in Winsford.  They provide free outstanding care and support for patients and families who have incurable illnesses.
