We are fundraising to support the amazing work that the National Kidney Federation do. We understand how important their support is for everyone. From the very young to the very old, they offer such valuable advice and services which are run solely on donations.

Some people can find life with a long term condition daunting and they help to ensure people realise they are not alone and there is always someone on hand to help and give reassurance.
