Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm joining my friends on a 'sleep out' charity event to raise money for The Booth Centre on the 8th of November 2013. We will all be sleeping 'rough' for one night in Manchester city centre to raise as much money as possible for this amazing Charity.

The scary thing is that this could happen to any of us. Homeless people come from all walks of life. People may become homeless because of mental illness, drug or alcohol abuse, some become unwell or develop a problem as a result of becoming homeless. Others may be running away from an abusive relationship.

We are all doing this in memory of Risha's brother Craig White, who was 37 when he died on the 03.09.2013. Craig lived on the streets in Cardiff after years of mental health problems. He turned to drink drugs to try to cope.

We are all determined to see some good come come from his death and he will be at the heart and soul of what we do and experience on this night.
