Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you may be aware, I work as a physio on the acute stroke unit at The Queen Alexandra Hospital. In my role I have the privilege of sharing many people's journey following a stroke. I see the challenges they face, the progress they make and the massive change the effects of stroke lead to for both the individual and their family as they learn to live with the effects of Stroke. The Stroke Association provides brilliant support for patients and their families after stroke.

On 16 March I will be Abseiling the Spinnaker tower... All 300 ft of it! initially this seemed quite an exciting challenge, however everytime I drive to work and can see the Spinnaker from the M27 I start to feel a little more anxious, but hey i'm up for a challenge!

Thank you so much for reading my page, I am very grateful for your support
