Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I will be helping to fund raise by abseiling down the Neopost building next week - eek!

SFH was my nominated charity of the year. I admire the care that they provide for people in the final stages of their life, making them as comfortable as possible and offering extended support to their families at a such a difficult time.

My Aunt and Brother-in-law were both cared for at SFH and this was a great help to both families involved, offering respite and support.

So....in a moment of insanity, I have decided to help raise funds for a fantastic local charity by dangling myself off a building.

I will not only be doing this in honour of my Aunt Nell, Gary Barnes and Maureen Crowley - I shall be setting myself a personal challenge, for those of you who know me well I'm absolutely terrified of heights!!!!

So thank you in advance, wish me luck and dig deep. Anything you can spare even as little as £1 can help go a long way to providing the care SFH do so well in giving.
