Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Yes, I'm raising money again for St Helena Hospice in memory of my late Dad. This time I'm attempting to shed some of my pounds and I'd like you to pile on the pounds (£sterling) for St Helena Hospice. The shedding pounds and going to the gym is proving a tad challenging at the moment - bit like pushing treacle up hill. Any encouragement , comments and donations would be great. UPDATE: 7 May 2014 Thanks St Helena Hospice for the Local Loser Opportunity. Just weighed in at Elms Personal Fitness - Colchester and I achieved my goal set out by Mark the marvellous personal trainer ie LOST 6lbs since 2 March plus the added benefit of a mahoooooosive 9cm OFF my waist! All with the aid of a exercise and a great nutritional guidance.
