Story

For the past 16 years, the Lusaka Hash has held a Wheelchair Hash Run to raise money for disabled children in Zambia.  As well as raising money, we also give children from various Cheshire Homes in Lusaka, most of whom are seriously disabled, a fun day out.  This is an incredibly worthy cause and we do hope that you will be able to help us this year.  We hope that you will find the time to have a look and support us in any way that you can.

This year the 16 Annual Wheelchair Run will be held on Sunday 24 March.  While maintaining our support to our long term beneficiary Cheshire Homes through their Outreach Programme and Kabulonga Home, while also widening the range of organisations that we would like to support in Zambia.

This year three of our stalwart Hashers, Look if you Like, G2S and Hanky Panky are running the Kafue Gorge half marathon in aid of the LH3 Wheelchair Fund.  Please sponsort them via this page and if they raise enough cash we'll give a beer at the finish!
