Rod is family and has been diagnosed with incurable Myeloma. He has set himself the daunting  challenge of raising £50000 by a variety of imaginative means to help in the research in combating this debilitating disease.

This cycle is just one such challenge following the Lon las trail from Chepstow to Chester, 230miles through the width, length and height of Wales negotiating 4 mountain ranges over 3 days.  Wish me luck
