So, Jimmy Hoban has decided to face his fear of exercise head on by taking part in the Tough Mudder 2016 at Broughton Hall, Skipton.

He's been training Rocky style for the last year (or not) and a group of us have decided to help him. Below are the names of his reluctant team mates:
