Buzzin Brains Burnin Legs...The Return of!

Are, on the 7th June 2015, taking part in the 100k Yucycle challenge. We did it last year and we are only doing it again because we like a challenge!! We set the bar high last year in terms of donations, thank you to everyone who donated. We would ask again if you could please help support our very worthwhile cause, details below. Now let's dust off the bikes and start training!!

YuCycle aims to raise funds to support our Achieving Excellence Bursary Appeal which enables students from lower income families to get the most out of their time at York, supporting them financially as they undertake their degree.  Currently we can only award a bursary to one in every four students who need it and with your help we can ensure that support is there for more students.

In addition this year we will also support students with sporting talent to develop their potential.  Our Sports Scholarship scheme gives modest grants to pay for training, equipment and competition entry  - all of which are difficult to fund on a student loan.
