Story
For years I have struggled with a damaged back and I decided a while ago to try to strengthen it through the gym. For the last 3 years I have been training with a PT who has helped me achieve this. Last year I decided to enter into a 5k 'mud run' which soon turned into a 7k and then 14k and then Tough Mudder! I was told not to run as the impact would jar my back too much, but with regular training and support I have now decided to take on this challenge. It is something I never thought I would do and the team of people I am doing it with are amazing. It is going to be the toughest challenge of my life so far. A lot of my friends have been supported by this charity so I am pleased to be taking on Man v Mountain to raise money for them.
