On October 2nd 2016 I will be running (attempting to at least) my very first half marathon in Cardiff and raising money for Prostate Cymru. This charity does so much each year to help raise awareness of this disease and campaign for better prostate healthcare for men. 

With up to 32,000 cases diagnosed each year in the Uk, claiming 11,000 lives, please give as much or as little as you can to help make a difference and fight this horrible disease.
