I’m doing this with the memory off a kid that grew up 2 doors along from me when I was a kid.( his parents are still in the same house) I asked his parents if it was ok for me to do this is his memory and they both said “ would be an honour thank you”.

Alan lost his life to Teenage Cancer unfortunately and as much as he has been sadly not with us for more than 20yrs now I still remember him driving to watch his beloved Glasgow Rangers not long after losing his first leg , his words were “ I’m making sure I see my team 1 last time before I go”. So if he can drive himself and his mates to the football not long after losing a leg then you can be dam sure I will do Nevis on my own in his memory 👍.
