Our family are raising awareness as Lewy Body Dementia is like Dementia with added extras and not enough people are aware. 

Dementia is associated with an eventual loss of memory but this condition means you may suffer delusional tendencies very early, making loved ones feel the impact sooner than expected.  It also means you suffer symptoms of Parkinson's so mobility is a problem early also.

Whilst I am running the half Marathon, the kids are running the mini marathon and it's because their Grampy is living this life and Granny is trying to adjust to the changes life now throws at them both.
