Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am running the London Marathon on 21st April 2013 in memory of my Dad, who died of kidney cancer in November 2009, less than 48 hours after diagnosis. He was living overseas at the time and it all happened so quickly that I never had a chance to say goodbye.
Dad always supported my running, ribbing me about it sometimes, and asked me a short time before getting poorly when I would be doing a half or full marathon. I ran my first half marathon in his memory in March 2010 and it was after this that I decided I wanted to run the London Marathon for him.
It's taken almost 3 years but here I am and I hope to raise as much money as I can for the James Whale Trust in his memory. So if you can donate it will be much appreciated.
