Last year I amazed myself by completing the one hundred mile Ride London in 7 hours and 20 minutes. For at least 90 minutes of that time I was stopped. It was a good deal better than the 100 in 8 I had been aiming for. This year I hope to do the whole thing a bit quicker. Thing is though, my bike is a year older, and worse so am I. But with your help and encouragement and a bit of luck I could do it. However I am only able to take part because I am part of Team Samaritan. They hope to raise £75,000 towards their superb work. I would like to raise £500 towards this and any donation you can make will be hugely appreciated by them and by me, but even more importantly by their volunteers who help 24 hours a day seven days a week.
