As many of you will already know, I've had long hair forever!! My beautiful group of friends and I have been growing our hair so we can donate it to The Little Princess Trust to make a real hair wigs for beautiful brave princes and princess' 👑 

7 inches is the minimum amount to donate, which surprisingly isn't that much. Some of us have chose to donate more.

The real hair wigs the charity provide are free to the children they help. If they supply a wig made from hair donated by people like us, then this wig costs the charity very little, and sometimes absolutely nothing. If a suitable donated-hair wig cannot be sourced, then they buy in the most appropriate wig for the boy or girl in question, as close as possible to their original hair. The cost to the charity to purchase one wig is on average between £350-£500. Therefore as well as donating our hair, we aim to raise £700 in the aim to be able to pay for two wigs.

I'm doing this is memory of my beautiful, brave and deeply missed Angel in the sky, Ashleigh. After her fight with cancer she went to heaven in 2002. Not a day goes by where we dont think about her, and I know how proud she'd be that we are raising money and donating our hair to make real hair wigs for a charity close to all our hearts. 

This means the world to me, I would be so appreciative of any donations you can give towards the charity, every penny counts. 

As much as I love my mermaid hair, I know they'll love it so much more. People are shocked when I tell them I'm chopping it off, but I don't need it and it would mean the world to someone who does.
