Anybody who knows me will know full well that I DO NOT like walking up hills or any slight incline, and I can't even make it to the top of Moel Famau!

It is about time I challenged myself, and when this opportunity arose, I couldn't think of anything better, and I am proud to be able to raise money for the Wrexham Cats Protection at the same time.

From the 7th Ocotber 2017 I will be travelling to and around India, spending 5 days in the Lesser Himalayan Range, trekking for up to 14km (8-9 hours) a day, and camping in the wilderness! This will then be followed by 4 days at the Kanha National Park on a range of activities and conservation work.

No bed, no toilets, no showers, no takeaways. Just the natural world to contend with! (Oh, and foot long moths)!!

After working for the Wrexham Cats Protection Branch for over 3 years before becoming a veterinary nurse, I know first hand how much donations mean to the staff, and how this helps all the hard working staff and volunteers make such a huge differences to the lives of all cats related to their care and neutering schemes.

I will update my page and my Facebook page as often as possible, with upcoming events, and tales of training!
