Its GREAT NORTH RUN time again!!!!!

This year Team Abson, aka Keith and Lisa (Dad and me), are both taking part, hoping to raise around £500 between us for Mannorlands Hospice, run by Sue Ryder Care. My mum works in this care home, who also cared for my late Gran.
