As I am sure you are all aware we unfortunately have had to experience the great work The Royal Marsden does in it's uphill fight against all forms of cancer.

They are doing their bit and I have decided to get off my big ass and do my bit to help them help all of us. We all unfortunately know someone who has had or is fighting cancer.

So I am doing the Royal Marsden Walk, 14 miles from RMH Fulham Road to RMH Sutton, I have been in training, well sort of, but trust me compared to what Lizzie has endured over the last 12 months suferring a few aches and pains for such a great cause is the least I can do.

Therefore please give what you can, I appreciate times are tough and it appears we are constantly being asked to dip into our pockets to help causes, but this is a great personal cause and your support as always is appreciated.

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
