In 2009 I took part in the Great North Swim for Morecambe Bay Hospitals Charity, in 2010 I am going to do it again and see if I can better my time of 47 minutes 16 seconds for the one mile swim.

In 2010 I will be swimming in the Great East Swim in Alton Water, Suffolk on 19 June and the Great North Swim in Windermere on 4 September, both at 10:30 (the date for the Great North Swim at the top of this page may be incorrect).
