Hello, I'm extremely proud to be selected as a member of the Heavy Metal Truants II team. On the 11th June 2014 I'm going to be cycling 161 miles from London's Alexandra Palace to the Download Festival at Castle Donington along with a bunch of other dubious characters from the world of Heavy Metal and Rock 'n Roll. I shall be raising money for three worthwhile charities: Nordoff Robbins, Teenage Cancer Trust and NSPCC/Childline. Until recently I hadn't ridden a bicycle for about thirty years so this is going to chuffing hurt.....a lot!

Obviously donations are pretty crucial to this being a success so this is where I'm asking for your help. Anything at all you can manage, no matter how small would be absolutely amazing to help us raise money for these  fantastic charities.
