This year I will be running a few 10k's and a half marathon, aswell as the completing the JJ Manchester Cycling event and the JJ 3 peak challenge!  People who know me know that this is a challenge but Joining Jack are such a deserving charity it's the least I can do! My last 10k was in Delemere forest in March and as I approached the hill climb at 8km I wanted to give up but thinking of Jack and the other boys suffering it made me more determined than ever! I may not do these things very well or very fast but I know my effort is what matter! Please donate what you can!  Thanks in advance!
