Event: National Three Peaks Challenge, on 21 July 2012
We are on call 24/7, 365 days a year to provide mountain search and rescue.

Story

Back when we planned this when we were all sat round a roaring fire in Aviemore this seemed like such a good idea. Now reality is hitting in...

What - 24hours, the 3 highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales some 3,000metres of ascent and 26miles of distance...it's certainly going to be tough!!

When - 30th June 2012

Why - To raise money for Mountain Rescue England & Wales. Mountain Rescue do a great job whether your walking in the mountains, cycling in the great outdoors, or on a gentle stroll - come rain, hail or shine they will come out to help you if you find yourself in trouble. Staffed fullly by volunteers and on call 24/7 they rely fully on charitable donations in order to fund all that they do.

If you could spare any money however small I would really appreciate it, you'd be helping out a great cause :-)
