After a number of years of rather patchy training, I am actually committing to run a distance of 5k! But also helping to support a rather mixed bag of civil servants to take on the crazy task of running 160k in a relay in just 16 hours!

We are raising money for Refuge, a charity which provides support to women and child victims of domestic abuse. They offer specialist, vital support.
