Word up BFFs and Fam

As you know physical exercise has been somewhat lacking in my life for sometime now, but thanks to the lovely but oh so sneaky Adrian, I find my self days away from a 5k run.. well fun run. Although this is literately a walk in the park for most of you, I have had to do a fair bit of training. Amazingly I can now run for more than a minute without wanting to cry and actually find myself enjoying it.

So where you come in is here - give us some cash yeah. We are running for a cancer charity but our main inspiration is the MOST BRILLIANT MEGA ALWAYS LAUGHING Kat Mac. In her own words she is on a very big adventure and is currently half way through her chemo treatment.
