AMV BBDGO Relay is the second of Bud's initiatives - an ambitious relay race from John O'Groats to 151 Marylebone Road taking place over six days.

We're raising the bar this year by engaging the whole Agency in a mammoth 25-leg relay race across the country. From hard core cycling to 6-mile running to a pram race, we want everyone to get involved and raise money for a hugely worthwhile cause: Brain Tumour Research.

I'm doing two legs of the relay - I will be running a half marathon on the 11th September and then joining a troup of 15 humans and 15 canines on a 5 mile walk through Richmond Park on the 13th September.
