I have never done this before, asking for money to do something.  Usually I donate to others but I thought perhaps I should do more this year. 

Mel was an amazing, strong woman who made a huge impact on the world. She had presence and energy right up to the last week of her life. Mel suffered from a rare cancer but in typical Mel style, she used it to launch a charity to support other people who suffer from head and neck cancers.

So on little or possibly NO training I will be cycling all the way to Wales!  So support me for Mel's sake.
