I was thinking of challenges to tackle in my 60th year - and skinny dipping was something I have never done before  so I put it on my list of to do's. However, I didn't picture myself doing it for the first time on a freezing Dorset beach with 400+ other men and women! I know no training is required but bearing in mind the temperature of the sea and the inhibitions that accompany exposing one's body in public, I hope you can understand that this is a real challenge for me. No wetsuit this time!
