We support people experiencing homelessness to build thriving community together.

Story

On 22nd May, I will be attempting to (in this order) run/jog/walk/hobble/crawl to Great Manchester 10K for a fantastic cause.

At the moment training is yet to begin (al la Jade Goody) however from reading this Guardian article I now know to curb those curry takeaways in order to make it to the finish line!  For a lighter read see the below link:

On a more serious note though, The Booth Centre is a great charity supporting those who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness and  helping them rebuild their lives.  They depend heavily on voluntary donations and with the help of supporters continue to provide support, training, creative activities and advice to everyone who needs help.

Any donations no matter how small will be welcome.

Lots of love

Kate x

P.S. Couldn't resist....did I mention the fact I'm doing this on a broken foot and have been advised not to run on it?  ;)
