Last time out I was open about why I was fighting, it was important to raise money for charity but really I was fighting my own demons and my own mindset.

This time I am doing it for fun and because I want to.  People helped me get from a mindset of not wanting to leave the house to getting back to living and loving life again.

It's not easy to ask for help or even know where to look to find help.  It's not easy to keep battling on but there is help and finding it when you need it is important.  Thats why I am fighting for https://dorsetmind.uk
