In September 2011, our friend Karen attempted to climb Snowdon but despite her monumental effort she was forced to turn back when the weather made it impossible to continue. She had hoped to return to complete the climb but is unable to do so now so we are going to reach the summit for her!

We are a group of Karen's friends of varying ability (by that I mean we're all completely out of shape and scared of heights!) many of whom have undergone treatment for breast cancer but what we lack in fitness we more than make up for in determination.

On June 1st 2013 we will complete the Life Climb that Karen would dearly love to do. Please give as much as you can for Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity that has been a lifeline for many of us. Thank you
