Having heard about this event through the ILA grapevine my interest was a little piqued but I didn't really think much of it until I went to the information meeting. Hearing about the charities that we are helping and the opportunity to go on an Epic ride through Vietnam got me excited and meeting the rest of the team gave me the confidence that this journey will be one of the greatest achievements of my life.

We are aiming to raise $45KUSD as a team so any little bit you can donate to us would be greatly appreciated and will go a long ways to helping us reach our target for a great cause. On the ride itself we will be averaging around 80 kilometers a day whether it be rain, hail or shine. More than likely it will be the shine of the hot and humid sub-tropical sun that will be our greatest challenge, not to mention the insane Vietnamese traffic and the mountainous Ho Chi Minh Trail.

H2H is run by volunteers so 100% of donations goes directly to charity. All the expenses on our event are covered by riders, sponsors (honorable mention to DHL) and UK gift aid. The lead charity we are supporting is Saigon Children's Charity (www.saigonchildren.com), but our efforts also go to KOTO (www.koto.com.au), The Children's Initiative (www.childrensinitiative.org), Live and Give (www.liveandgive.eu), and ILACN (www.facbook.com/ILA.CommunityNetwork.
