As many of you will know, getting out of bed is pretty much as active as I get!! However something inside me has given me a nudge to give this an attempt. When I've told people my plan it has often been met with a few snorts of laughter, I guess not surprisingly as it is so uncharacteristic. But if anything, this has spurred me on more to succeed, to do the best I can, have fun with some great work colleagues and more than anything support a charity that inspires me and helps people less fortunate than you and me.
