We provide education and microfinance to the people of Haiti
Story
I am very happy to let you know that Mike, Michael and I have successfully completed our ride from London to Paris. It was a fantastic journey. The first day was probably the toughest as the roads in England were very narrow, and the hills were numerous and steep. Day 2 was a trip through history as we traveled along the hedgerows of Normandy. Day 3 was very long. 12 hours and 105 miles through rolling countryside, past Versailles and into Paris. We were very lucky with the weather, almost ideal riding temperatures and just a sprinkle or two of rain. We ended with a hairy trip twice around the Arc De Triomphe. We are all a bit tired, but feel really good about the adventure and being able to make such a big contribution to the Andrew Grene Foundation. The final total raised will probably be a little over $33,000 and every cent will go directly towards supporting the new school in Port au Prince. We will send you more about the school, the foundation and AGF in the next few weeks. A huge thank you to everyone. Your amazing generosity kept us going when we started to feel the hour of the day and the length of the road. Simon, Michael and Mike PS If you would like to see our blog about the trip you can visit http://andrewgreneriders.blogspot.com.

The Andrew Grene Foundation (AGF) is a charity dedicated to supporting Haitian people through education, loans and building projects. Our work is dedicated to the memory of Andrew Grene, a UN worker and one of the many thousands of people who died in the Haiti earthquake of 12 January 2010.
