Update: The day after the Marathon

Arhhhh!!  What a nightmare!  Sadly I only managed to get round in 4.28 which is a long way off my previous times...no excuses except that I did all my training in the dark, in the snow and ice and the sun didn't even make an appearance - Being positive the race day weather has left me with a nice vest tan!
