For all of you who never thought I had it in me !

Must be the fittest I have been in my life! Don't worry I hate every minute of it and will be going back to my drinking and no exercise come August.

In the meantime I am very busy with my 20 mile hikes! walking up Snowdon, and yes even running, and its not even for the train.

Must say - my legs are looking pretty good as I even now have calf muscles!!

More seriously, I am raising money for Leaukemia research, as my lovely friend Ali's dad Barry was diagnosed a few years ago, and is doing amazingly well - and I would like to think that the money donated means that a lot more people can be as well looked after and supported as he is.

I will let everyone know how I get on...

Wish me luck I will need it...
