Sadly, over recent months, several friends and colleagues have been affected by this terrible illness.  I wanted to do something positive to show my support to them.  I won't find the triathlon easy by any stretch of the imagination (especially the running) -  believe me!  I hope to raise £300 so please donate whatever you can.  Thank you for your support.
