On 28th May this year I will be running the Great Manchester Run 10k in memory of my grandad, Jack Whitehead, who sadly passed away at the end of last year. I am hoping to raise money for Alzheimer's Society, a charity raising money and awareness in the fight against Dementia, something from which my grandad suffered in his later years. I hugely appreciate all donations, however big or small. You will be supporting vital work and research into this disease, a disease which more and more of us will have to face in the coming years.
