At the end of June I'll be cycling 300 miles through France on a bike with no gears, no freewheel and only one brake. 

I'll be doing it in aid of the Joe Glover trust, a local charity that supports children (and their families) receiving treatment at the Priam Brown children's cancer unit in Southampton.
